Act
CIII
The Traliz BCNM
"His soul and psyche have been
damaged. I don't have the level of healing expertise to cure him,"
informed Oona.
"There must be something
that'll work," thought Kousagi.
"Give me a minute." She
summoned Carbuncle by her side.
"I need your help, little one;
we need to save this little taru taru," explained Oona.
Carbuncle cast Healing Ruby II and
Oona cast viruna. Oona's hand was covered in light. She saw inside Erewan's
body. There was a dark mist. She reached into his body. She grabbed the
darkness, clenching it with her fists, pulling it out of his body. The darkness
disappeared in her hands.
Everyone was looking at Erewan,
forming a circle around him.
He came to his senses, seeing
everyone standing around him. "Glad you're back, little buddy," said
Vlaad.
"Do you remember
anything?" asked Rykel.
"All I remember is being struck
by Sailor Ophelia, and then being overwhelmed by feelings of despair. After
that, I blacked out."
They entered the door where the two
halls met. This led them to an empty room with two doors. One in front of them,
and one to the left; they entered the latter.
The room they entered was made
entirely of stone.
There were many altars. They had
dried blood on them, and black burn marks.
"What is this place?"
asked Rykel.
The words, "Your Legacies live
on after your deaths: Steinem, Solanas, Woodhull, Greer, Gordon, Morgan,"
were etched on one of the walls. There were many other names listed below with
the words, "May you be rulers of hell, forever."
There was a tall statue in the back
of the room.
"This is a sacrificial chamber.
This is where they give burnt offerings to their goddess," explained
Sailor Charon.
"It's actually true, then? I've
heard rumors, but.."
"Yes, they kill males and offer
them to their goddess," said Sailor Nix, interrupting Omatase.
"Why hasn't anyone done
anything about this?" asked Sailor Parallel Moon.
"Most people don't know about
it. It's kept low key. And besides, most of the males they sacrifice are
salmonites; they willingly allow themselves to be sacrificed. The council also
artificially inseminates themselves; if they have a boy, they sacrifice him; if
it's a girl, they rear her to be just like them," answered Nix.
"That's fucked up,"
remarked Mittens.
There was a book lying on one of the
altars. Sailor Parallel Moon picked it up. The title on it read, "S.C.U.M.
Manifesto." Kousagi read the first couple of sentences before throwing the
book down. "What kind of sick person wrote this?"
"How dare you defile our bible
like that," said a voice from the back of the room. Someone stood up near
the statue. She had been kneeling down in front of the statue, praying to it
behind one of the altars.
"Your
bible? You can't be serious," replied
Kousagi.
"That is one of our unholy
books we live by. There will be a glorious day when the gendercide will take
place. Complete elimination of all males. After that, we'll build our perfect
society, Femitopia; where only females will abide. There will be peace. All
females are perfect and can never do any wrong," explained the woman. She
was wearing black priestess clothes.
"Who are you?" asked Oona.
"I am a bishopess of the
misandry religion of the council. Males are a biological accident. We will
forgive you of your trespasses if you repent," offered the bishopess.
"You twisted bitch! How can you
believe a book written by an ugly, schizophrenic lesbian is prophecy?"
wondered Sailor Ares.
"The council will fulfill the
prophecies in our unholy books."
"Let's kill this retarded bitch
now," suggested Sailor Ares.
The bishopess ran away. "What a
coward; all talk," said Suhya.
They walked to the statue. It was a
hideous sight to behold. It was a red demon with small, pointed horns on its
head. It had long, black hair and three pointed tails on its hind side. It had
four giant bat-like wings on its back and its hands and feet resembled those of
a reptilian creature. It was nude, having an hourglass figure. It had two slots
on its face for a nose, and very slanted, hollow eyes. It had an evil grin on
its face, showing its sharp and pointy teeth.
Underneath the statue was a plaque
reading, "Our Goddess Luciferia. There is no god, only Goddess."
"Let's get out of here, this
place is creepy," suggested Sailor Hydra.
"I second that. That demoness
they worship has evil all around it," sensed Oona.
They left and entered the other
door.
There was nothing but a circle of
fire on the ground a few feet in front of them. "Oh hell," sighed
Vlaad.
"What is it?" asked
Kousagi.
"It's a burning circle
notorious monster, BCNM for short," replied Suhya.
"We'll kill it like we have
other monsters," said Kousagi.
"You don't understand; BCNMs
are well-known for being impossibly hard to beat. Even if you are well prepared
and strong enough, you still have a high chance of losing," explained
Erewan.
Self-illuminating lights filled the
room. They were small in size, but bright enough to lighten the room.
There was blood plasma oozing from
the walls and ceiling.
The anomalous, corpuscular masses of
light became more numerous.
A woman was chained to the wall, in
one of the room's corners. "Keep them away from me. Keep them away!"
pleaded the woman.
"What are you talking about?
Who are you?" asked Bartinax.
"I'm Jackie Hazard. They
chained me up. I don't want those lights getting any closer."
A large, black mass of evil energy entered
the room, blasting them away from Jackie.
The black mass and balls of light
hovered above the burning circle. They combined, forming the shape of two old
men. They had sunken eyes and a malevolent glare.
One of them was an apparition of
Herman Hendrickson and the other, John Damon. The Hendrickson apparition had a
jagged wound on his head. He was holding a bottle of Jack Daniels.
Jackie struggled to free herself
while crying uncontrollably. "Not again! Get away from me!"
"Go away!" yelled the
apparitions. They saw Jackie in the corner.
"Help! Somebody!"
The apparitions formed into dark
spheres of energy and entered her body. Jackie became unconscious after being
possessed. She changed shape, growing a couple of feet taller and losing her
identity completely. The demons took over, taking the form of a large,
two-headed, muscular shadow demon. Its face was old and sunken, but its body
was young and powerful.
The poltergeists incarnate knocked
them away, one by one, with ease.
"This guy is just too strong,"
remarked Mittens.
"I should be able to withstand
his dark attacks, since that is my innate ability," thought Rykel. He ran
up to it, striking it with everything he had. The Hendricksen-Damon poltergeist
spewed a poisonous mist out of its mouth, striking Rykel down.
He got back up and continued
fighting it. The others helped.
Rykel tried absorbing its power, but
only ended up draining his own in the process. He stumbled backwards, losing
balance. The poltergeist struck him with a swirling, razor sharp,
blackish-green, tunnel of dark energy from its hand.
Rykel flew back against the other
end of the room. He had a fist sized gash in his left side. It cut through his
armor and body.
The poltergeist slammed its hands
down on the ground, knocking everyone away.
Maybel ran over to Rykel, who was
bleeding profusely. "Don't die without me, my love." Maybel held
Rykel tightly in her arms.
"We've barely scarred this
thing," realized Sailor Charon.
Maybel used Warding Circle II. A
stronger field surrounded her and Rykel, giving them more protection from
demons.
The poltergeist attacked them with
shadow flare. It slowly broke away at the barrier. It eventually broke through,
striking Maybel and Rykel.
The attack ripped right through
them, as if they were paper dolls. They died immediately after having giant
holes ripped through their torsos.
"No!" yelled Kousagi.
Mittens and Suhya used ninjitsu
techniques to make everyone invisible. Sailor Charon and Sailor Nix used
darkening mists to conceal everyone from the poltergeist's other senses.
"This thing is too damn strong.
We should retreat," suggested Sailor Ares.
"There may be a way to gain the
upper hand," said Sailor Charon. "We should use those promathian bracelets
we took from those crazy women against this thing."
"If we put them on, it will
make us that much stronger," agreed Oona.
"That's not exactly what I had
in mind. How many of them do we have?" asked Anestus.
"30."
"Perfect, that should be
enough. We need to reverse the effects of them. Instead of empowering whoever
wears it, it will depower them," explained Anestus.
"I can reverse the effects of
the promathian bracelets temporarily. We'll have to kill that thing before it
wears off," said Sailor Nix.
"Let's do this," said
Vlaad.
They threw the reversed promathian
bracelets at the poltergeist incarnate. They wrapped around it tightly, on its
arms and legs; restricting a good part of its power.
They rushed into battle. Oona
summoned Fenrir for extra reinforcements.
Fenrir increased the team's stats
with Lunar Cry, Ecliptic Growl and Howl. It continued attacking the poltergeist
with its Eclipse Bite.
The poltergeists heavy blows and
attacks were severely weakened.
"This thing can still take a
beating; can we kill this thing in time?"
The poltergeist smashed a gigantic,
empty San Pedro bottle over them.
Oona was busy healing everyone's
wounds.
It picked up a few of them during
the battle, using a marine strangling technique on them. Fenrir jumped up,
biting the poltergeist's arms each time it tried to do so, making it release
its grip on them.
"Let's give it all we've got.
Time to end this," said Kousagi. Sailor Parallel Moon attacked it with her
new attack, called heavenly lunar eradicator. The intense moon-lit power made
the poltergeist fall to its knees.
The poltergeist lied down in the
corner, taking beating after beating.
"I think we've done it,"
panted Sailor Miranda.
Everyone's energy was spent; they
had nothing left to give.
The poltergeist jumped to its feet.
With a loud, thundering scream, it struck them with its Weldon-San Pedro
paranormal burst, inflicting serious wounds on everyone.
Suhya mustered enough strength to
walk towards the poltergeist.
"What are you doing?" yelled
Bartinax.
"You son of a bitch, I won't
let you win," vowed Suhya. She used the Mijin Gakure ninjitsu technique.
After the fiery explosion ended,
neither Suhya nor the poltergeist remained.
Oona barely had enough energy to
summon Carbuncle to heal everyone.
