Here is a split between the most awesome -16- and Today is the Day. What kind of music is this? Metal. Plain and simple. Now let me tell you why this is such a great split.

Both -16- and Today is the Day are two of the most underground, unknown, so far from mainstream or even some of the more knowledgeable underground kids knowing about them kinds of bands. But yet, at the same time, they are also two of the most influencial and steady metal bands to date. Plainly put- they are under rated, they don't get the credit they so blatantly deserve.

Now here is your chance to give them something back, for all their years of work. For avid metalheads, these three songs from -16- and two songs from Today is the Day will just be another addition to the already overflowing (and empowering) catalog these artists share. To the music listener who is not quite sure who these bands are, this CD will hopefully open up a whole new world for them.
