NCA Label Feature: Equal Vision Records

I couldn't think of any better label to do the second "label spotlight" on than Equal Vision Records. This has been one of my favorite labels back from when the Stryder was really the Stryder. So why do I like them so much? What really does make them so much better- makes them stand out so much more than any other label out there right now?
Simple. The quality of their bands. They have bands that explore most every musical genre, and yet, none of them suck at it. It's hard for me to think of a band on EVR that I don't like (because there are none) and the majority of the CDs I frequently listen to have that EVR logo on them. Look, EVR is so good they even get bands like Drowningman to release EPs for them. There is also a forthcoming EP from As Friends Rust. How cool is that?
EVR is not a hardcore label. EVR is not a pop punk or emo label. EVR is not a rock label. EVR is just a label with a lot of bands that rock. And for this, EVR will always be around and running strong. Pop punk/emo may fade away and take Vagrant with it. Hardcore/metalcore may decrease in popularity some time down the line. But EVR will never die.
