It's hard exactly to describe the sound of [DARYL], but that seems to be the thing with most bands these days. There are slow, short kind of transitions inbetween some songs on this CD and they have piano and no words most of the time. When you get to the songs though- the songs with words and all that- they actually rock. I'm feeling them a lot. They're kind of like something inbetween a crappy pop punk/emo band and a new wave '80's band.
This is a good CD for anyone who likes music. I know, I've said that before, but I'll say it again and again until you start buying these CDs. "The Stare" is guarenteed to be an instant classic. Once you hear it, you'll be hooked. And when you hear songs about Japanese girls and how they turn him on, oh man, you'll wonder where your life has ever been without this CD. You gotta get this one.
