Recently, I ended up in a chatroom sort of deal with an AOL staff member calling himself "Jerico". I asked about auto responses for email and was told that they would not exist until AOL version 8.0 due out in October. How can they honestly charge three times as much as most email providers and still be years behind in the technology of others? I was told a good option might be to email my contacts to tell them I'd be going on vacation. Nice try, but the last time I tried to email more than 20 people at once, my account was suspended for bulk mailing. Work your way out of this corner AOL, I dare you to.
