If all configuration settings are correct and you still can't access the internet from your browser, you may have a DNS issue.

To troubleshoot DNS issues do the following:

Open your command prompt by going to Start, Run and typing command.

Now at the prompt type "Ping 209.123.109.175" (No quotes).

If you get a response you do indeed have a DNS issue. Try it out. If you enter 209.123.109.175 in your browser it will take you to DSLReports.com.

If you get a Request Timed Out, then the issue is not DNS related and may be a problem of some other sort. If this is the case please check your configuration and connections again. If everything seems fine then contact your ISP.

Please hit back on your browser to return to the page you came from.
