About Entropy

The story of a show.

Entropy

By James O'Connor

Entropy was originally going to be called SPJORK, a combination of spork and Bjork, but nobody liked the idea, so we all decided on the greatest new thing that chemistry teacher Mrs. Bagley was teaching at the time, Entropy.

Through all of the struggles of becoming a show, Entropy has become the topic of a lot of controversy. The first episode being filmed primarily in a parking lot on a cold February afternoon, along with a fight between 2 brothers. The whole thing was put together in a suprisingly short time, edited, and broadcast. Its not really known how many times it actually aired on SPAC, I think its something around 3 or 4, but there were complaints and it was pulled off the air. People were angry at finding this out, especially BMcD, who basically almost gave up on Entropy.

After about a 2 month break, thanks to frustration, school and crew, Entropy finally got back together. Entropy decided to make the show more sketch-comedy based, and nobody knows what great things are ahead for this show.

Entropy is summoned whenever the creative zeal forces itself upon the main members of the show, who remain nameless. There is countless promotion before a new episode is aired, and notbody can ever escape Entropy.

Entropy

By Brian McDonald

Way back when.....Brian L'Heureux produced a show called Video Break. It was a variety show, one of the first to ever be produced at SPAC. BMcD was part of the second crew (after Walley Rice, Brad Davis, and Dave Phyfe left the show). After awhile doing Video Break the show started to fall apart and so B decided to create another show called "The Show".

"The Show" only had one episode. This episode ran for most of the summer of 1997. The only real reason it died off was because of schedule conflicts between the limited 3 member crew.

Ever since "The Show" died, the idea for a new show was thought up. That new idea is what led to the creation of "Entropy".
