Memorable Matches By Undertaker.

If you go back in RWA history you will find that there have been many different styles of matches, but the weirdest match has to be the Tower of Death match for the RWA championship on the first ever RWA show. At the time the RWA was against the WWF and at the start of the show we saw Chris Benoit say how much he hated Vince McMahon and the WWF and that he was forced to come to the RWA. Chris Benoit, Scott Steiner and the Big Show were the three men in the match and the rules for the Tower of Death match were simple. The first man to climb the tower and grab the RWA championship belt would go down in history as the first ever RWA champion and all three men went to extreme lengths to win that title. Analysis/Highlights – Once all three men got in the ring the match started and all three tried to climb the tower as quick as possible to win the match but they were quickly stopped on their way to the top. As the match went on Chris Benoit, Scott Steiner and the Big Show beat each other all around the ring and even up the tower. The biggest highlight of the match came towards the end when the Big Show was knocked down at the bottom of the tower and Chris Benoit and Scott Steiner climbed to the top and both men came inches away from the RWA championship. But then in one of the most extreme moments in figure federation history, Chris Benoit kicked Scott Steiner and we saw Steiner fall from the tower through a table. But if that wasn’t enough just before Chris Benoit could grab the title the Big Show got to his feet and pushed the tower over, onto the RWA entrance and we were left wondering if Chris Benoit had just been crushed by the tower. But it wasn’t to be and this actually helped Chris Benoit as he was able to reach out and grab the RWA championship to become the first ever RWA champion. Looking back at that match you see how the RWA started. It wasn’t anything fancy and it was extreme it was like the ECW of the figure federation world and after this match RWA soon got noticed and now RWA is one of the best figure federations in history. Another thing what made this match good was the wrestlers used for the match. Chris Benoit, Scott Steiner and the Big Show didn’t have major roles in other feds but in the RWA they were the main event and that could be the reason why that match was so good.
