Foreword:
Welcome all players of Final Fantasy XI to the Top Quality Linkshell. The following will let all players
know about our linkshell and what philosophies and ideals that we all share. If you are new to the linkshell
or thinking about joining Top Quality, this will let you know if you are right for this linkshell.
Ideals:
- First and foremost we are a linkshell that is comprised of players that just like to play the game to have fun.
- Top Quality is strict about players conduct in game. We don't tolerate rude players.
- The officers in the linkshell and the linkshell leader are always accessible to anyone. Any complaints, disputes,
requests, etc. can be brought to them and will be handled in a timely fashion.
- We always welcome new ideas and opinions.
- On open quests, missions and NM camps we gladly welcome anyone who wants to come wether they are in linkshell or not.
We encourage interaction between other linkshells and will always try to make room for whoever wants to show up.
- On closed missions and NM camps attendance is restricted to linkshell members only. We feel that as the linskhell
grows in strength it is important to develop self reliance. Since these events are for members only this also
ensures that linkshell members get all the drops.
- We have several strong alliances with fellow linkshells. We coordinate ally only missions to take down mobs that
neither guild can tackle alone.
- We do have a tradition of grouping together and many feel this is better than pickup xp groups. This way you
get to know your mates.
- Top Quality members are willing to help other members in the linkshell. This being with raises,
teleports, warps, missions, notorious monsters, etc.
General Policies of members:
Top Quality members live by five basic codes:
- Honor
- Loyalty
- Valor
- Nobility
- Courage
In our travels throughout Vana'diel Top Quality members always keep these values in mind. We help the weak and
destroy evil. We are a distinguished legion that follow the path of enlightenment.
Top Quality members do not engage in activities that will shed a bad light on our linkshell. Things such as foul
language, being disrespectful to current members or other adventures will result in being removed from the
linkshell.
Many of us are married and have children. Real life issues supercede in game issues.
