LYNNE'S ASIAN COLESLAW
1 lb. bag coleslaw mix
1.5 pkgs. chicken ramen noodles (uncooked, crunched up)
1 C. sunflower seeds (plain or roasted)
1 C slivered almonds, toasted
2 bunches green onions (I used chives)
Mix together:
1 C. oil (I used olive oil)
1/2 C. cider vinegar
1/2 C. sugar
Seasoning from 1 pkg. of noodles
Mix well and pour over salad. Let stand 2 hours
(Sheryl's version.....same except I use 2 pkgs. Beef Ramen Noodles
with both seasoning packets & white vinegar instead of cider vinegar...I serve
mine immediately, so it's still a little crunchy)
