This is one of Bishamon's EX moves. It's a old form of Japanese torture where a victim is placed on a jagged board and large block of stone are placed on the victim's knees. Of the girls of Darkstalkers 3, Morrigan, Felicia, and Lei-Lei have unique frames of animation. All of the other girls use stock animation frames.
This is the ES version of Bishamon's Tsuji Hayate move. The ES version will force the opponent to commit seppuku.
