Sup DA. This is Teflon Climbers, and I'm going to show you how to read the registration stuff you get from the forms. I open it with notepad, so if you get a bit different results, AIM me at moxmaker, and I'll try to help you out. This is how it looks with I open it with notepad. This is an example I filled out and sent to myself to test it.

username=Kyle&usermail=teflon401@hotmail.com&forum_handle=teflon_climbers&IM_handle=Moxmaker&instant_messenger_service=AOL+Instant+Messenger&state=Minnesota&Crew=Have_One&Character=Falco&tourney=1v1_and_2v2&travel_arrangements=I+need+a+place+to+stay%2C+pick+me+up+at+the+airport.

The "&" things are 'delimiters'. They're like a space between the entries. So, I've taken the advantage, and divided them up below to describe them to you.
So here's what the rest all means.

"username=Kyle"
This is just my name.

"usermail=teflon401@hotmail.com"
That's my email.

"forum_handle=teflon_climbers"
That's my forum name. I'm assuming no one is from gamefaqs, and this is for smash board use ;).

"IM_handle=Moxmaker"
That's my name on the Instant Messenger service of my preference. My preference is:
"instant_messenger_service=AOL+Instant+Messenger" or AIM.

"state=Minnesota"
Their state.

"Crew=Have_One"
Either they have one, or they don't ^^

"Character=Falco"
Their preferred character.

"tourney=1v1_and_2v2"
What tournaments they are participating in. either 1v1, 2v2, or 1v1_and_2v2.

"I+need+a+place+to+stay%2C+pick+me+up+at+the+airport."
This might be the most confusing field, since it's the most open. It's a text field, and it's a person's basic travel plans. I think the "%2C" is ansii for a "."
