PROP: The end is nigh

All previous rules are no longer in effect, and the following shall appear on the rulelist website, with the replacements which are in square brackets.

"NomicSidekickNomic has finished. The winner was x [where x is the plaer with the most points]. The following we reincarnated y [where y are any players with wintitles]. To reactivate the Nomic, email the google group at z [where z is the email addrss of the nomic group]."

Should someone email the group with any message indicating a restart, the previous rulelist may be used to be the formation of a new nomic
