Salary CAP

In season 2 the NLHL is putting into effect a salary cap. This will insure that all of the teams are even.
The CAP will be set at $47,000,000.00. All GM's will be instructed to make a list of the players and how much (Overalls=Salary) each player costs. All GM's will then have to post that list in the forum in a selected area. When making a list, you can release a player to waivers for two reasons: to make room for other players or just to free up some coin. All GM's are restricted to no more than 29 players (Including Goalies) on their teams.
The CPU teams will also have to meet this standard of 26-29 players and a salary CAP of $47 million. The CPU team will be changed and kept on track by the Commissioners of the NLHL.
