Diib Spells (Details)

There are 4 different elements, and each spell belongs to one. The elements are Fire, Water, Air and Spirit. You can tell which element a spell you have built is by the colour of the text. When creating spells there is no definite indicater, but the spells usually cost more crystals in their element (so Blast, a fire spell, costs 2 Fire crystals, but only 1 Air and 1 Spirit). Some spells have an equal cost in more than one element, these are:
Flamejet (Fire)
Stasis (Water)
Undead (Air)
Wealth (Water)
Bolt (Spirit)


To gain access to more powerful spells you need to build the weaker ones, there are four main sections to the "tree" of spells, Healing (mainly Water), Offensive Fire, Offensive Spirit and Summoning (which is mostly Air). In addition there are two sets of two Spells (Trap followed by Stasis and Hole followed by Abyss) which are not part of the main trees and can be bought seperately or left depending on your strategy.

It would be amazingly lucky of you to be able to gather enough crystals to buy all these spells (even if every enemy gave you one it would take you until beyond level 40), so it is likely that you will need to focus on one or (possibly) two of these trees.

Water Tree

This tree has a main trunk of water heal spells, each opening the next, as well as other beneficial spells.

Air Tree

This tree is all about summoning spells, the main tree is air, but other (powerful) summon spells open up at the end.

4: Specter (Opens Sprite and Curse)

5: Sprite (Water - Opens Shifter)

Fire Tree

This tree has two main parts to it, so the most powerful spells can be reached whilst only traversing half the tree. Note that, unlike the other trees, all the spells in this tree are of the same element.

Spirit Tree

This tree is the simplest of them all, apart from one spell it is a straight run to the top spells. :-)
