Omochao is supposed to be the robot that helps you in Sonic adventure 2(:battle). He was built by A mysterious person(never explaned in the game). He is very simalar to the pink ball of light(Tikal) that helps you in sonic adventure.

E-102 Gamma is one of Eggman's Robots. The "E" series robots started with Beta(Gamma's older "brother"). Then Gamma was "Born". Eggman made Gamma and beta fight eachother in a test to see who could be his "Main" robot type, and Gamma won.
There afterward Eggman let E-101 stay, and went to go create the others. E-103 Delta, E-104 Eplsilon, and E-105 Zeta. After E-102 meet Amy he began to maulfunction, and released her. Eggman then sent E-102 on a mission for a chaos emerald. when he alone succeded to gain it Eggman threw out the other E-100 series, and kept Gamma. Noting that Gamma was the best equipt for the job eggman called forth Gamma to destroy sonic and his freinds. Before the final blow was struck on Gamma, Sonic was stopped by Amy. After amy explaned that Gamma is good. sonic and the others left. And so began his quest to destroy his Brothers. after his final battle with E-105 Zeta, He was attacked by his Older brother Beta. After Destroying Beta, E-102 Initiated his self-destruct sequence, releasing the flick inside.

Shadow is the legacy of Prof. Gerald Robotnik(Eggman's Grandfather). Shadow was a project that Prof. Gerald was working on, that eventually killed him and his Grand daughter Maria(Eggman's Cousin, Shadow's Caretaker). Shadow has fond memories of maria and has a mysterious background. The Secret Government branch of military called "G.U.N." Did a forced raid on the space colony ARK where the exparament was being done at and killed Maria right after she shot shadow down to earth in a capsule. Prof. Gerald was so angry when the news of his granddaughter's death reached him, that rage clouded his judgment. He decided to finish the project, and in doing so Shadow was born.
Shadow was captured by G.U.N. and chriogenically frozen, And unthawed by Eggman 50 years later. Shadow then encourages Eggman to conquer the world using the Eclipse cannon. After all seven Chaos Emeralds were collected, The ARK goes on a crash course tward earth.
So Sonic and Shadow stop the ARK. Shadow then dies in the atmoshpere.
