Rules Page
All tournament matches will be contested under the same map, rules & settings
All Championship defense rules will be set by and outside, non-participating person, agreed upon by both the champion and the challenger (s)
All matches will have an impartial official to monitor any cheating/misconduct, agreed upon by both the champion and the challenger (s)
Rankings will be determined by win/loss record, then number of kills, then by a tie breaking match between the two tied members
Players will conduct themselves in a fair and appropriate manner
Spectators will receive a loss for interfering in a Halo match of any kind
Any cheating will result in a disqualification, a forfeit of the match, and a loss
Quitting or leaving will result in a forfeit, and be recorded as a loss
Quitting will vacate the Championship to the #1 Contender, and the ex-champion will then have to win 3 matches before challenging again
Team matches will affect win/loss records and kills, but not dethrone the champion, unless specially stipulated by Chris Pinheiro, Justin McFarland, or the current champion
Any one-on-one or 3- or 4-Man free-for-all’s will affect the Championship
The #1 Contender will get first challenge every week, and can refuse to challenge. By doing so, the other contenders can then get a shot only on that day, and by order only
“Trash-Talking” or “Taunting” is allowed before/during/after the matches by anyone, but must be kept reasonable
The champion is only required to one defense per get-together, and can either accept or refuse any additional challenges
