You start off every day with 100 stamina points. While you work throughout your day, your stamina points will decrease. You will sweat when you are at 50 points, sweat again at 25 points, and eventually you will faint. To prevent this, eating different fruits and such will restore these points. Below is a table of points that you will get by eating the different foods. Keep in mind that poison mushrooms will deduct 10 points. Also, the hot spring works well to restore the points.
