Cows- You can buy a cow at Green Ranch for 6000G. After that you can buy the birth medicine for 1000G and save money for another cow. You can hold up to 8 cows and sheep in you barn. I suggest to not have all of one animal in your barn. Make sure to brush them everyday. If you don't have a brush you can buy one for 800G at Rick's shop. Fodder for cows and sheep cost 30G per meal. The Sell Prices for the Milk are as follows:
| Size Milk | Sell Price |
| Small | 100G |
| Medium | 150G |
| Large | 300G |
| Special | 500G |
Sheep- You can buy a Sheep at Green Ranch for 3000G. As with the cows, sheep can also give birth by using the special antidote bought at Green Ranch. They, once again like the cows, should be brushed everyday. Brushing your sheep can make you more money. The prices for the wool are as follows:
| Type | Sell Price |
| Regular | 900G |
| Quality | 1,800G |
Note:To attain Quality wool you must brush your sheep every day.
Chickens- You can buy a chicken at Green Ranch for 1,500G. You can own up to six of them in your Hen House. After you buy one chicken and it lays an egg, you can put that egg in the incubator located in the top right corner of your Hen House. After 3 days you will have another chicken. After you get a chicken from incubation, there will be a period when it is a chick and will not lay eggs and it will be yellow. If you feed it everyday, it will eventually get to be an adult. Chicken Feed costs 10G for one meal. I suggest that you buy at least 50 meals (if you can afford it) so you don't have to go back frequently to buy more. Eggs sell for:
| Item | Sell Price |
| Egg | 50G |
Horse- Go get your horse at Green Ranch in one of the first days of the game. Once you have it, buy a brush from Rick an brush it everyday. Also talk to it. When it becomes big it can help you harvest crops by you walking up to it with a crop in han and hittng "A" near its saddle. The crops will automaticaly be put in your shipping bin. He doesnt have to be fed at all during the game and you can ride him around to train him for the horse races that occur in spring and fall.
Dog- You start the game with your faithful dog. You do not have to brush him but its a good idea to feed him. The more you feed him the faster he will run in the dog race. He likes food like cakes and pies. And because these foods are expensive, he runs faster than if you fed him an herb everyday.
Fodder,Feed, and medicine- Your animals have to eat too!!! You can also buy these at Green Ranch. Then there is medicine when you cows or sheep get sick (you dont know if your chickens get sick so don't even bother with it, just feed them). The prices for these things are as follows:
| Item | Price | Per... |
| Fodder | 30G | Meal |
| Feed | 10G | Meal |
| Medicine | 1000G | Usage |
| Birth Potion | 3000G | Usage |
