One of the reasons I use the Yahoo stat tracker is that it provides
for the use of both offensive and defensive players. A managers
Roster "can" have up to 25 players
When a manager joins Yahoo there is an option that allows the
Commissioner to access their team, all managers must choose the
setting that allows the Commissioner to have access to team rosters.
The reason for this is in the case where a team has left their roster
unchanged for three weeks in a row or leaves a position vacant for
one week the Commissioner will take control of the team in question.
Any team that fails to have their setting's set so the Commissioner
may access will be bared from making any transactions or
rooster changes, until the setting is changed. A Team under the
control of the Commissioner may pick up free agent's to replace
injured players, drop players who are injured if the roster has more
then two injured players on the team (going past the Injured reserve
limit), but it can not make trades while under the Commissioner's control.
