RESPONSIBILITIES
HAVE FUN!!! I'm a big believer that if this ruled is followed and people are respectful to
each other that the rest tends to fall in place. Hopefully Team Managers will become
attached and show pride in their teams win or loose. If the Team Managers can be
competitive, but still maintain the perspective that great teams are built through patience
then we will have a great league for years to come.
Managers are expected to be active. The Commissioner will attempt to contact any Team
Manager, which fails to remain interactive with his team. If the Team Manager fails to respond
in a timely manner the Commissioner will take possession of the managers' team and find
a replacement manager for the following season.
If a manager is expecting to be on hiatus for a specific amount of time contact the Commissioner
and arrangements for drafting or team management will be discussed. I'm here for you guys and
if I can help maintain your team while you manage the day-to-day affairs of real life; I'll do what I can.
