The Dread Angels

This is the Dark Angels Icon. The Dread Angels are a Dark Angel Succesor Chapter of my own creation. I love the rules and fluff of the DA, however I wanted a different paint scheme, thus the Dread Angels were born.

In time I hope to write a chapter history (it will most likely be brief) to explain the color scheme and my particular tactics. This will add a good bit more character to them, and make them more fun to play.

I currently have about 6000 points with average upgrades. About 4500 is painted. That includes a 1500 point deathwing force. My current project is painting the last few squads I need to finish a full battle company. Only twenty basic bolter marines and two more transports are all thats left to paint.

After that I'd like to round out my deathwing force. I'm planing on converting a deathwing command squad, adding a few more heavy weapons terminators, a third Dreadnought and possibly a landraider crusader.
