Game Boy Advance Emulators
By far the best I have seen so far is Visual Boy Advance. It also runs gameboy and gameboy color games so if you want an all in one package this is the one for you.
You can download it here by right-clicking and saving it as whatever you want to call it.
NOTE: You need a program that can handle RAR archives to download this.
Tips: Here is the Controls list since it is not there in the program.
Arrow keys - direction
Z - Button A
X - Button B
A - Button L
S - Button R
Enter - Start
Backspace - Select
Speedup - Space
Capture - F12
GBA Roms
