This is SuperGumbo's Sealmaster Meisei Deck, that he asked me to slightly edit. Sealmaster Meisei is an interesting theme if you can pull it off. It can be really strong; a trap deck that doesn't allow Spells to be played. Think of it as an advanced Trap Deck.
You can also go in the opposite direction with this; Talisman of Trap Sealing so that Traps can't be played. However, since there's usually 3-8 Traps in a deck compared with 15-20 Spells, Spell Sealing is much more effective against opponents.
Night Assaliant is in because of all the discard effects in the deck. Tribe Infecting Virus, Raigeki Break, Magic Jammer, and Divine Wrath all require a discard, and there will probably be times that Sinister won't be available. Offerings to the Doomed takes care of those pesky Jinzos.
