Fatal frame 2 is scheduled for a fall release, probably around halloween.

The game has no connections to the first aside from a similar wepon: an antique camera through which one can see the dead
and do them damage or harm. The plot and characters, however, have nothing to do with eachother.

The two main characters are Mio and Mayu, Japanese schoolgirl twins(*twins, Basil, twins*). From the pics i've seen i would guess that Mio and Mayu are probably about 13 to 15. They see a crimson-colored
butterfly and decide to follow it. It leads them to a village that vanished long ago and is usually not reached. There, a sacred
ritual takes place ending with one sister always killing the other. I assume that the story of mio and Mayu will start to overlap with
the stories of sisters before them.

You will play as Mio, the younger of the twins. This means, most likely, that Mayu will follow you most of the time, but not all of the time.

In early childhood Mio accidentally caused a leg injury to Mayu, so she is quite protective of her. Mayu has a stronger 6th sense (I see dead people...) and is easily possessed...freaky stuff...

So, from everything I've gathered the two twins find a magic camera and face off a village of dead people who want them to kill eachother...I'd like to see the olsen twins do that!!
