Effective February 1st, 2012, dogs with a wither height less than or equal to 20", not jumping in the 20"+ or 24" class (16"+ for veterans and Junior handlers taking the 4" height deduction) must either show proof of measurement or be measured. NADAC and AKC jump height cards are acceptable as proof of wither and/or jump height class.
