First, download TeamSpeak, the free voice communication program designed for gamers.
You can download it directly (for Windows 98 or higher) by clicking on this link.
If this does not work, then go to www.goteamspeak.com, and download the "TS2" or "Teamspeak2" Client for Windows (assuming you use windows 98 or higher).
After you download and install Teamspeak 2, click on this link, or use these picture as a guide to connect to the server.
