** Fixed the ATM machine, in the Neo-Tokyo City Airship Station.

** Linked Areas Xenogears and Gothic in the Haon-Dor Forest area.

** Linked Dragonball Z and Tomb Raider area in the Forest of No
Return.

** Balanced Mobs in Neo-Tokyo City.

** Updated EQ and Balanced Mobs in Tetsuo's Nightclub.

** Fixed a bug with make_corpses in Fight.c, Mud crashes when mobs
have 0 stats in medit mode.

** Added 10 new mobs and 8 new pieces of eq on the Allanon Road
world map.

** Added 11 new mobs and 8 new pieces of eq on the Mi'ihen Highroad
world map.

** Updated Helpfiles: BUY LIST SELL VALUE, SACRIFICE, SCROLL,
BRANDISH QUAFF RECITE ZAP, CONSIDER, FOLLOW GROUP, VISIBLE, QUIT

** Increased Damage Cap to 30k, let's test this out again.

** Upgraded all Autoquest Items, and Quest-Token Items to the level
200 statistics.

** Upgraded all Guardians and Eq (Ryu Hayabusa, Sharon Apple, and
Laguna, Kiros, Ward) to the 200 level statistic.

** Upgraded all Bank Guards and EQ in Neo-Tokyo to the 200 level
statistic.

** Tweaked mobs, rooms, and eq in HELL area. Hell now has easier
mobs, better looking rooms, better eq.

** Tweaked Autoquest Request level range, wider range of quests per
level range.

** Lowered Lightning strikes to 7%.

** Increased Autoquest Points for each Autoquest Item.

** Fixed Room Flags, Objects, and Mobs in Waku Waku Puyo Puyo Island.

** Removed several Spanish statements in OLC, translated into
English.

** Added new Helpfiles: JUBILEE_SPARK, FREEZE_SMASH, SCRIBE, BREW,
