Who is Alyson?
Alyson is a daughter of Fiona of Albion and Lord Patrick of Shannonfield. She was
born and raised in Eirann. From the earliest years of her childhood, it was known that
she possessed a great talent, and some day she will become a great artist. Her every
picture had something from here soul. It was natural for Fiona that Alyson needed to
learn how to makes Trumps. She asked her brother, Brand, who happily agreed for it.
After two years of stydys under Brand's eyes, Alyson returned to Eirann.
However she did not stay there long. She was starved of knowledge and Fiona
decided it was the best time for her daughter to go in to the shadows. Alyson
greeted that news with the joy. Not waiting for her Mom to change her mind she
went in to the shadows.
She was fascinated with Shadows. When Alyson was young, Fiona taught her the basics of magick,
such as the power words, however the girl had never been realy interested in magick,
much to her mother's disappointment. Now, without her Mom looking on her all the time, she could finaly
start to learn all thoes "pedestrian" skills like alchemy, herborization and later, the medicine.
She wanted to find some place where she could settle down. The Ireland in the Earth Shadow looked
promising. The island was a reflection of Eirann so Alyson felt there like in home. She rented a room
at the attic of the one of apartment houses on the Sackville Street, in Dublin. She started to study
on medical department on Trinity College. She was during her last year of studys, when she met her one
true love. His name was Colin Brennan. He had a library in Central Dublin. Alyson fall in love.
Colin was reciprocating her felling. They were together for a two long years. They even started to talk about the marriage. During their last talk Alyson asked him "When will we finaly get marry, Colin?" He answered her "As soon as the Ireland will be free, my Dearest." Alyson took that as a joke,
not funny for her at all. She realised how wrong she was ,when in the next day the Eastern Uprising
outbreaked. Colin dissapaired, the city plunged in the chaos. Alyson hid at her friends after her
apartment house was destroyed by the explosion. Five days later, when the Rebels surrendered, Alyson heard
about Colin's death. He was one of the defenders of General Post Office... After it, she was too
distressed to stay in the Earth Shadow. She returned to Eirann. Fiona, when she heard what happend,
bought a cottage for her daughter at the West Coast of Eirann near the village called Beal-na-Reon.
She took Alyson there, and helped her to shake off after her lover's death. Alyson lives there,
to this days. People of Beal-na-Reon comes to her when they need medical assistance.
