1) Prospective members of the tribe are to learn and understand tribal customs and laws. They make their own way among the people. They will most likely be given 'a hard time' by current tribe members until they earn their respect while they attempt to become of this tribe.
2) Prospective members of the tribe are expected to defend the tribe from strangers.
3) Prospective members of the tribe will not be killed by tribe members except for the Ubar or his appointed executioner.
4) Male prospects have no command rights over Tuchuk Tribal women. Their rights are likened to that of an unscarred warrior.

1) Strangers can be spoken for by a Member of the Tribe to be allowed into the harigga as guests. The Member who speaks for the Stranger places their life with the actions of the stranger and therefore the Stranger need not be tested for courage and the like, as the Tribe members stand or fall with them. The tribe scroll keeper must be notified of all tribe guests/ visitors. Only one Guest or visitor per tribe member will be allowed inside the harigga.

2) Guests may not draw weapons except to defend the harigga from attack or for wagering purposes.
3) Guests should be accorded with respect they earn on their own. They are not Tuchuk, however, and are among the People due to their sponsor.
4) Guests may not be wandering around the harigga without their sponsor present. If they are found wandering without their sponsor present send them back to the wagon they are allowed to stay in.
5) Guests should not be killed by tribe members. If they go past the line of disrespect, or attack a tribe member, secure them for judgement by their sponsor or Ubar. If the offended tribe member isn't satisfied by the guest's sponsor's reaction to the offence take the problem to a Commander of the People and abide by their decision. The Commander *will* speak to the guest's sponsor before judgements such as death or enslavement are done.
