Dr.Light is the creator of megaman. He use to have Dr.Wily as a partner but then of course he betrayed Dr.Light. Then Light heard that Wily was trying to destroy the world so he built MEGAMAN. Then after a while Wily built BASS to try to kill megaman. Dr.Light also built Rush, Auto, Beat, Eddie, Protoman, and Roll. He also makes upgrades for X in the Megaman X games.
