Bass
Bass made his first appearence in Megaman 7 and he was built by Dr.Wily yes you heard me WILY! The reason wily made bass was to be an equal to megaman in fighting strength. At first he tricks megaman that he's friendly and trashes dr.lights lab and then megaman doesn't think hes so friendly anymore. Then in MM8 in one of the opening cut-scenes Megaman and Bass are fighting and megaman has the upperhand. Then later on in the game Bass and his dog join together to make "Bass-Treble." (He looks really cool.).
