At the time that I was preparing to create this site, the 2002 NHL Playoffs were halfway through. I had been following the league very closely throughout the regular season, more so than usual. This year was the first in which I actually watched games featuring teams other than my Maple Leafs. The playoffs were very exciting, so I thought I'd make them my site topic.
