Doomsday Emerald Type:SaTAM/Archie Sonic By:Sonic_Hedgehogs/Sonic News Notes:Origional story I created a year ago that I decided to re-create. ______________________________________________________________________ Just another normal day in Knothole villiage as Sonic sits about playing a game of Mario Bros. Sonic:Ahhh..man...Come on Mario,I always die there... Sally walks in. Sally:Sonic!Your still playing,I left 4 hours ago and you were playing then. Sonic:One more level Sal...Give me a few minutes. Sonic throws down the controller in happiness. Sonic:Your da man Mario! Sonic walks over to Sally. SoniC:Wassup Sal?Something wrong? Sally:Yeah...Tails is still missing,he's been gone for days.. and that's unusual for him.. Sonic:You think But'nik has something to do with this? As Sonic & Sally talk,Robotnik is happily drooling over all 7 Chaos Emeralds in Robotropolis. Dr. Robotnik:After all these years their finnally mine!All Mine!Ha Ha Ha! One of Robotnik Badniks walks in with another blue emerald. Badnik servant:Here's your decoy Chaos Emerald Dr. Robotnik. As the Badnik hands Robotnik his fake emerald,he trips over the leg of the table as he drops the blue Chaos Emerald beside the other Chaos Emeralds. Dr. Robotnik:No!Now how will I tell which Emerald is real! You fool! Robotnik holds both blue Chaos Emeralds as he thinks hard. He drops oneand remembers if you hold it for amount of time the trigger will set for detination. Dr. Robotnik remembers there's a emerald detector inside a cave of the mystic ruins which he forgot about since he already found all 7 Chaos Emeralds. Dr. Robotnik:If I find it I can figure out which Chaos Emerald is the real one...but why not trick Sonic into into finding it first!I can get the true one and watch Sonic blow up to bits at the same time!Ha Ha Ha..I am a true genius.... Sonic continues to talk to Sally as Antione runs in holding a rolled up paper. Antione:Princess!Princess!Zis is impotent! Sally:Not now Antione. Antione:But princess,it's a map to Robotropolis!Zee? Antione pulls out the map as Sonic's eyes widen. Sonic:Ah yeah Ant,I can head to Robotropolis,maybe But'nik is hiding Tails there! Sally:Your not going on a rescue mission,go there and scope it out first,then we can make up a plan. Sonic puts his hands up over his mouth and makes fists. Sonic:Alright Sal,but I'm going alone,big mouth Ant will get me into trouble. Antione:Zis is not nice,I'm gonna go take a wulk... Sonic:Whatever you say Ant. Sally:Don't be mean to Ant. Sonic:For real,what ever did he say? Sonic takes the map on his short journey to Robotropolis, the land that never powers down. Sonic:Wow...So colorful.. Sonic looks around as a camera follows him unoticed.Robotnik sits as he grasps the controller to the camera. Dr. Robotnik:Excellent....He made it...Robots!Stay here,I wan't no trouble for him getting here! Robotnik opens the gates to the vents as Sonic spots them. Sonic:Woah.woah..do I smell something.Yes,I do,I smell chili dogs!Pig out time! Sonic dives into the vent srambling to a window. Sonic:It's But'nik........ Sonic watches on as Robotnik unfolds his master plan. Dr. Robotnik:Yes,it's correct that in the Mystic Ruins is a remote control created thousands of years ago that can locate all 7 Master Emeralds...I must find them so I can destroy that hedgehog!Ah yes....it's located in the caves north of the jungle..... Sonic jumps out of the vents and takes off for the Mystic Ruins. Sonic:No way Robotnik will get that!It's mine first! Sonic runs to the cave as he looks around. Sonic:NO Badniks?No troubles? Sonic enters the cave catiously. Sonic:Man..where's that light going from?Could it be the Emerald detector.. Sonic walks further on as he finds a long stick with diamonds,7 in all each color mastches each Chaos Emerald, the stick is the controller with ancient writing that match temples in the Floating Isle. Sonic:I think I found what I was looking for!and no But'nik either, too cool...too cool... Sonic picks the emerald detector up as it switches off a alarm. Sonic:What's that loud sound!? A giant scorpion crawls out from behind Sonic,it's claws are made from the same material as the Emerald's diamonds. Sonic:Woah! Sonic jumps back in surprise as the scorpion swings for his head. Sonic:I gotta get outta here! A gate starts shutting from where Sonic entered.Sonic takes off moving his feet to the beat of the large creature,he rolls as he barely makes it out of the cave. Sonic:Now that..that's done with,how do I get this thing to work.... The detector starts flickering as the lights from the diamonds point directly to Robotropolis,where Dr. Robotnik is. Sonic:Juice time,Robotnik has something up his sleeve and I'm the one to stop him! The Emerald detector shows Sonic the way as he leaps into Dr. Robotnik's HQ.Dr. Robotnik turns around. Dr. Robotnik:Ahhh...a visitor. Sonic:Robotnik!You had the emeralds all along! Dr. Robotnik:You fell for it,you are a fool all along! Sonic:What do you mean? The detector shows the lights toward each emerald as Robotnik throws the fake blue emerald to Sonic. Sonic:Woah... Sonic throws it back at it explodes the detector and all the rest of the Chaos Emeralds all over Mobius.Robotnik jumps into his escape pod as Sonic runs outta Robotropolis.Robotnik's pod barely escapes as Robotropolis is destroyed. Dr. Robotnik:Errrrr!Sonic thinks he won this time!Not today, my Death Egg is awaiting me in the sky as I'll use my ultimate weapon!The Doomsday Emerald.... Sonic walks away from the rubble looking toward Knothole. Sonic:ooohh....Sal is gonna be mad at me now,what if Robotropolis did have clues of Tails missing...I'll find you soon lil bro... Robotnik heads toward his new Death Egg which holds a new Chaos Emerald that Dr. Robotnik created himself.The Chaos Emerald uses heat to destroy life,each hour it'll get hotter until it burns up all life on Mobius. Dr. Robotnik:This heat emerald will destroy those miserable creators as I'll be in Outer space peacefully.Ha Ha Ha!This will be the end of Sonic..The..Hedgehog.. Knuckles is shown standing on the edge of the Floating Island. He looks up and spots Robotnik's pod entering the newly created Death Egg III. Knuckles:Dr. Robotnik! What evil thing is he planning this time.. Knuckles jumps off as he glides toward the Death Egg trying not to be spotted. Knuckles:Should I tell Sonic or defeat the Doc myself?I better do this myself,by then Robotnik might do harm. Knuckles clings on to the Death Egg as Dr. Robotnik powers up. Robotnik spots Knuckles in the camera system. Dr. Robotnik:I know your there Knucklehead...I'll get his attention by sending a missile to destroy his pittifil Island... Robotnik fires it straight towards the Island.Knuckles spots it and franticly glides toward it. Knuckles:Oh no you don't! Knuckles grabs ahold of a bar on the side of the missile and uses all his might and strength to pull it away from the Floating Island. Knuckles:Ahhhhhh..errrrrr....just alittle more...to the right... The Death Egg takes off into outer space as Knuckles swings the missile into the ocean.Knuckles glides safely toward the Floating Island as the missile hits the water creating a 700 ft wave which travels toward Knothole villiag.Sonic looks on as he can spot the wave from a mile away. Sonic:We gotta get every one on top of thier houses,and now! Sally:I'll order them to get ontop for safety,Sonic..You go find out where it came from. Sonic:Right on Sal! Meanwhile,Dr. Robotnik set his new creation,the Doomsday Emerald on Mobius before he took off,he detinated it on board of the Death Egg III. Dr. Robotnik:My friend Wolf said it isn't right to kill off a official character,but he said nothing about killing a whole planet of them!Ha Ha Ha!I am the worlds smartest genius...In hours Mobius will be to hot to live in,and I'll then rule all of Mobius! As Robotnik gangs on about how sexy he's,Sonic runs toward where the missile blasted off,shores to the ocean and near the Floating Island. Sonic:Looks like smoke high in the sky,maybe Robotnik was here...? Woah! Sonic gets his wind knocked out. Sonic:The heat...it's way past too hot for my lungs..... Maybe the Rad red knows what's going on here...I better go get the Tornado and fly up to the Floating Island. Sonic runs to Knothole and forgets that the Tornado is under water. Sonic:Ahh....man..now how will I get up there? Sonic spots Knuckles gliding toward him. Sonic:Knuckles!Just the echidna I was looking for! Knuckles lands next to him ontop of a building. Knuckles:Hey Sonic,I was just checking to see if you were ok... I kinda made this wave hit Knothole,I was saving the Floating Island from destruction. Sonic;That isn' the problem right now,near your island it's strangely hot and keeps on getting hotter.Any idea? Knuckles:Only way to find out is to follow the heat.Grabs on Sonic! Sonic grabs ahold of Knuckles hand as they fly toward the area it gets hotter and hotter at. Knuckles:Woah! Knuckles drops Sonic as he hits the ground. Knuckles:Sorry Sonic..Getting too hot... Sonic wipes sweat off his forehead as he spots part of a rainbow colored emerald in the dirt. Sonic:The heats coming from that strange looking emerald! Knuckles can barely pick it up as he swings it to hand to hand. Knuckles:This thing keeps getting hotter...If it keeps this up we'll all be toast,litterily.... Sonic grasps his hands around his chin in a long pose of thought. Sonic:We gotta get this thing outta here or else...dump it in the water? Knuckles:No..the fish will die from heat... Sonic:Throw it in a volcano? Knuckles:The volcano will errupt... Knuckles gets a great idea.. Knuckles:If we use the powers of the Master Emerald,we can send this thing deep into outer space,like a shooting star.. Sonic:Great idea Knux! Knuckles tosses Sonic the emerald as Sonic kicks into clear onto the Floating Island. Knuuckles glides Sonic onto the Floating Island as Knuckles touches the Master Emerald.Knuckles commands the Master Emerald and blasts the emerald into Outer Space. Knuckles:It worked! Sonic:Yeah!Great work Rad red! Sonic and Knuckles happily jump up and down as the emerald shoots in outer space.The emerald blasts through the Death Egg as Robotnik's new death ship blows up into bits and he floats back to Mobius in his pod.. Dr. RobotniK:How can this be!No!I will soon destroy you Sonic if it's the last thing I do! In an alternate universe: Knuckles bends over and picks up a slightly hot Rainbow emerald.. Knuckles:What's this? Few days later: The morning of August 6th was a hot day in all America,the sun was sizzling,peoples shoes were melting.From all the heat, Tails shown slumped at the end of his chair at his Workshop in Mystic ruins. Tails:ooohhhh...it's too hot.... Tails stands up whiping the sweat from his red hot forehead. Tails:Gosh,I wonder where Sonic is...Gee golly..ok so I watched a Leave it to Beaver Marathon... Tails walks outside and then runs back in shutting the door. Tails:Woah!The suns not even out and it's sizzling hot out there! Tails eyes get bigger.
