General Painting Tips

Hello! I'm going to take you through some general painting tips that can apply to every army

***First off, I'd like to say that Black Primer is an absolute must. Go get some Flat Black Spray Paint and undercoat your models before hand. I prefer not to use white for the following resons:

- Metal looks much better on black - Missed spots are more noticable - White shins through paint more often And grey primer is flat out useless

***I suggest not removing plastic pieces off of their sprues before painting. I find this way, the sprues act as a handle so you don't have to touch the models. It's also eaiser to hold.

***Ok, Eyes. On every model, the eyes should be the first thing you do. Take your thinnest brush, get as small an amount of white paint on the tip of your brush. Then put 2 dots on each eye, one on the left and one on the right of each socket leaving black in the middle. This is very effective and very easy.

***Chainmail is best painted by spray painting the figure black then going over it with either Boltgun Medal or Chainmail. The color depends on if you want a scruffier looking model or not.
