I found this in beta, but I use it with my General Mengsk X-tra Editor to make great maps. With this u can make triangle, rectangular, square terrain at 5 different sizes. You can put in GOLAITH, TANK, AND HERO TURRETS with it but I just use it for the terrain. Theres a box when u check it the terrain stays the same, exactly. The Background on the front page I made with this.

Map Colours or Map Colors

Easy to use, has interface and very reliable. String Table editors are harder to use but u can see what it looks like without a test run. My favorite string table editor is SCM Toolkit.

Made by BlakFlare this is a great editor for finishing touchs, has built in map protector, encrypted can be opened with General Mengsk Editor, so I recommend a permanent protect to stop map stealers. It has string table editor, very useful, so after making map with all triggers touch it up with this. YOU NEED MAP TO BE IN SAME FOLDER AS SCM TOOLKIT or else it doesn't load.

Great placer with most the stuff you need. Only problem is it uses .cwds, so not compatible with new windows versions. Still pretty good map placer.

Sea: Map Colour Maker
|
This is a easy to use, map colour maker that is compatible. It doesn't have as much colours as Map Colours, but it does allow you to do a whole sentence with using multiple different colours at once. It is pretty good and it has a timer that shows how long in millaseconds it is, so it is helpful for transmissions and timings.

Good placer with alot of options. Has CWAD manager, good for moding. This can use mods the best out of anything, only problem is it is not compatible. I think there is a new compatible version coming out soon, when it does it will be here FAST!

You should be an advanced editor for this, it changes AI scripts, which need to be uncompressed from a MPQ archive, you should use Win MPQ to do this. Fun to use for modding.

Win MPQ is a MPQ viewer for modders, REALLY WELL DONE, looks like win zip, but for MPQ's, easy to use for transferring new scripts.

OK program. Use it for colours, and I think this has glowing colours too. It has a werid MPQ viewer, but I think it's werid. If you get it to work its pretty good. So enjoy.
