To summarize the approved rule changes:

1. Rule added to allow owner to designate up to 2 INJURED players at
the start of each game.

2. Rule approved to eliminate off days (for the purpose of starting pitcher
rest) between short series, thus forcing most teams to go to a 5 man rotation.

3. Relief pitcher rest rule changed as follows:

	"Relievers are not 'tired' after pitching in 2 consecutive games, 
	 however, a reliever must rest one day after pitching in 3 
	 consecutive games."
	
	"A reliever is limited to pitching a total of his (endurence rating 
		+ 2) innings between rest days."
