What is Talking Sports?

Welcome to the "Dixie Country Talking Sports" home page. Talking Sports is heard every Friday night from 6:00-7:00 PM on Dixie Country 106.7 in Douglas, GA. We are the only live call-in sports show between I-95, I-16, I-75, and I-10 in South Georgia.

We talk about all facets of sports, from high school to the pros. If we don't have an answer, we can try to find it.

Now with the World Wide Web growing, we decided to add our 2-cents worth over the Internet. This homepage will serve a number of purposes:

1. It will serve to tell the listeners what guests we might have on in future shows.
2. Gives the hosts a place to vent their frustrations by writing comments we could not say on the air (the FCC takes exception to unsavory language on the airways).
3. Provides a way for the audience to reply on various aspects of the show, including suggestions for future guests; challenging the hosts with a trivia question or two; responding to a comment made by one of the hosts or guests, out-prognosticating the hosts, and so on.
