THE UNOFFICIAL LUCKY CHARMS SITE

This is the Unofficial web site of lucky charms. Now to answer all the nagging questions, yes i am a guy, yes my life does suck and no i don't have a girlfriend. On the good side this page will attempt to chronicle the history of luckycharms and to hilight each marshmallow shape.

HISTORY

This is supose to chronicle the history of Lucky Charms brand cerial. However i really don't know anything about the cerial and i am way to lazy to find out anything about it. So basically this is what I have managed to gather from watching way to many of the comercials. Lucky the Leprichaun has managed to get his Lucky Charms stolen countless times and has had one majior argument with the high council of leprichaun's over rainbow marshmallows. He has created a huge number of marshmallows in his existence.

THE MARSHMALLOWS

This is the origional clover shape. As it appears it here it is one of two marshmallows that has survived from the begining, and it managed only by being integrated into Lucky's hat.

The red balloon was the third added marshmallow. Thus it firmlay established the corporate train of creating new shapes to make the cerial "fresh".

The blue moon is the replacement of the yellow moon and the blue diamond. The controversy sorounding this change has created a web site dedicated to bringing back the yellow moon. The link is at the bottom of this page.

The horseshoe was the second attempt at adding luck to the cerial. As a well known symbol of luck the question begs to be asked why it wasn't included in the origional group.

The pot of gold was found (where else) at the end of Lucky's raimbow and thus became deserving of a place in his select group of marshmallow shapes.

The raimbow was officialy alowed as the eigth marshmallow after a heated debate with the high council of Leprichaun's. Since then eight has been the new lucky number and incidentally changed the music of Lucky's jingle.

The star was one of the origional four marshmallows. Afeter a long absence the demand by the consumers was so great that the shooting star was created as a lame attempst to win back some of the people the company lost in the "blue moon" incident.

The yellow moon was replaced by it's counterpart the blue moon thus forever upsetting many loyal Lucky Charms followers and resulting in the first schicm between the eaters of Lucy Charms and the corporate entities in charge of the cerial.

The pink heart was the last of the origional four shapes. After a short tour in the cerial it was decided to remove it because it was felt that it made the cerial to "wimpy".

The blue diamond was the first added shape, thus begining the trend of introducing new shapes into the cerial and keeping it's image "fresh". Incidentaly without that first start this page would not have been possible.

The shooting star began from the need to regain some suport for the cerial lost in the "blue moon" incident. However the attempt was an abysmal failure as the appeal of the origional star was founded largely on it's monchromatic theme.

Around The World Marshmallows

Lucky decided that he had had enough of little children chasing him and more importantly getting caught by children so he went on vacation. But so the corporation paying for his little jaune wouldn't feel they had been taken advantage of he came back with some new marshmallow shapes to excite the visual cortex of consumers everywhere.

The liberty bell is quite obvious and one often sites found not far from the native land of the prime consumers of Lucky Charms.

The ancient pyrimids of egypt, a sure lure for anyone since even the most sugar crazed maniac will still recognize such a famous landmark.

To please the second greatest consumer market of Lucky Charms the famous Big Ben clock tower is imortalized in marshmallow.

Mans greatest accomplishment ahs always been to cross the next body of water. Thus the Golden Gate Bridge was commissioned in marshmallow form to insipre sugar crazed children to explore with there newfound energy.

Here are the Himialyas or possibly Mt. Everest. The marshmallow's are slightly ambiguous in shape and thus the actual shape is uncertain.

For further enjoyment of consumers across the sea the Eiffel tower was added.

The tribues for the dead keep piling up. At least this time is not the Greatful Dead being homored but that honoring the most famous of wives, the Taj Mahal. Or the automotive industry got to Luck Charms and forced them to put wheels on a pyramid.

The last shape is by default either the Leaning Tower of Piza or the Hanging Gardens of Baybalon, the swirls of pink and white make a precise answer impossible.
