Sony goes Online atlast

In August the PS2 will finally go online. The modem required to hook up to the internet will cost you $40.00 and the hard drive which isnt required to go online but I strongly reccomend it will come out at about the same time and cost $80.You can use your existing ISP server and you can choose to use either dial-up or broadband. This has been eagerly anticipated by all Sony fans. One of the biggest reasons why is the games that will be coming out for the console that have online capability. The games coming out in August at the time of the launch will be Socom:U.S. Navy Seals(think Halo but different), Tribes:Aerial Assault, Final Fantasy X, Frequency and a few more. But these games are not where most get excited in 2003, probally around spring, Final Fantasy XI and Everquest Online Adventures will be coming out, two very popular and massively multi-player games!Other games to watch for are Tony Hawk3&4 online, 2k3 sports games, Twisted Metal Balck Online, Time Splitters 2, RESIDENT EVIL ONLINE and GRAND THEFT AUTO VICE. Arc The Lad, a popular playstion series, is schualed to be released in Japan, and soon after here in the States.
well that is all. Till next time PE@CE.
