How often have you popped in a video game, opened a book, or stumbled to a place of fantasy on the web, only to find a great idea hindered by poor fantasy world design? Or instead, how often have you had a great idea for a game or story, but you find yourself stumbling to create a world to hold up this idea? Well, that is what this website is all about. Here you may look upon worlds created from scratch, and use them for inspiration, or you can even use the ideas here directly (if you have permission from the world author, see disclaimer).

        Besides the worlds themselves, there are various other resources at your disposal. Feel free to browse the articles section and look at short works detailing various aspects of world creation and implementation, as well as better descriptions of worlds presented in the worlds section. There are lists of possible uses, as well as a section so you can see my most current world in construction. Need to ask a question? Want to meet other world builders? Is discussion what you are after? We have a bulletin board available for you to use! And if you have any special needs for a specific world or part of a world to be designed unique for you, check out the request page for information on how this may become a reality.
