Stealth Update
08/02/13
Zeldana

Logged in to trim the navigation menu and... to take a look around. Things have changed tremendously over just four years. The industry as a whole has shifted to become much bigger than it was a decade ago, but we're getting a lot of great quality 3DS and Wii U titles. (After a long drought as far as Wii U is concerned.)

The PS4 and Xbone are released in a few months so I'm curious to see how that will play out.

Aside from that, I plan to attend PAX for the first time at the end of this month. Looking forward to it!

I don't remember how any of this stuff works. It's so bulky and complicated-looking, no? With bunches of banners and wonky coding? Seems the world has moved on to CSS over the past few years; something I've never managed to catch up with. I'll keep learning.

Obviously we've stopped updating the website, but we're no less a set of game freaks than we were before, either of us. :) With that in mind, I hope to create another website soon that will showcase some of our art and thoughts on the VG industry today. It's much different than it was years ago. I'll be sure to come by and link it here if we ever get a site like that off the ground.

Keep gaming, guys.

Sorry we've been away!

Hey, it's been a while, hasn't it? I figure the reason Adil and I have quit updating the site was because of the game reviews we both kept pestering each other to do. Well, I got rid of the problem by getting rid of the "game reviews" area... I'm still keep the games we've already reviewed because it would seem like such a waste to just delete those pages, so you can still check them out in the games page. Meanwhile, you're not going to have to wait that long to see the entire "games" page be filled up with information and a few pictures dealing with Nintendo games themselves. This site is just too good to just give up on, so we're going to keep doing everything we can to keep it alive ^^.

Coolness!

Got my new computer, everything's working fine... now I just gotta get used to it. There are about 20 extra keys added to the keyboard that I really don't need and get in the way, but I'll get over that... eventually. I love the computer, though! Even if it lacks a Floppy Drive =\.

With summer break only two weeks away, I'm already thinking about all the new updates Adil and I are going to make. I took care of the GameBoy, Gameboy Advance, and GameCube. I oughta make a page for the SP, too, but I'm thinking that could just be added under GBA. Hmm... and adding a little bit more Nintendo history, on Nintendo itself, wouldn't hurt. And then there are the links that go under each system, like information on the link cables and such. I guess we could split up the job and work on those eventually.

I'm actually planning on writing reviews for both Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age, so stay tuned for those... I may eventually get to reviewing Super Smash Bros. Melee as well. Thankfully Summer's almost here!

BTW - here is some GOOOOOOD news. Monkey Ball and Mario Party Fans, rejoice. Mario Party 5 and Super Monkey Ball 3 are under works. Mario Party 5 is supposedly going to be released at the end of this year (following the tradition of every other Mario Party game released... sort of), and Super Monkey Ball 3 is scheduled to be released in the US early next year. I may have to double check and see if those are US release dates, tho... but still, I simply CANNOT wait for the sequels to those extremely charming games.

And here's hopes for a Golden Sun 3. *hope*

Whee! An update! FINALLY!

When I saw the new F-Zero trailers, my heart nearly burst with new love for Sega. The game is lookin' mighty beatiful, folks. And I can't wait to get my hands on it when it's released (most likely sometime at the beginning of next year).

I've been playing Wind Waker a lot lately, and I bet anyone who's been seriously playing it has no more complaints about the game being cell-shaded. Same went for Metroid Prime being a first person shooter, right? Yup. It's good to know Nintendo's still alive and kicking. Hopefully I'll have a review up for the game later on... or maybe Adil will review it...

I'm definitely planning on doing a few reviews for both Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age. Those are two EXTREMELY beautiful games... from the presentation to the music, the battle system to the character art. If you haven't played it before, now's a good time to try it out. Also I tried snowboarding and survived! But OMG was it painful!!! I spent more time on the ground recovering than actually getting up and moving downhill the first day, lol.

Whee! An update! FINALLY!

Adilink

Finally got the Fire Emblem Review up. Going to add pictures as an addition as soon as possible. Also going to update the Samus page, since Zeldana got a lot of the information wrong (silly webpage which supplied the information).

An update fit for a Bounty Hunter

I've updated Samus's Bio on the Samus page. I'm still waiting for Adil and his little Fire Emblem review... But, we'll have everything up eventually ^_^.

AAH!

Lately I've gotten really close to my Animal Crossing game. I spent nearly four hours two days ago looking for that darned DUMMY item... but I finally got it! Yay me! Along with about 30 other new and somewhat useless items -_-;;;.

Adilink will be updating the site with a new review on Fire Emblem sometime in the near future. I'll try to find something to update, too, but I'll first have to come to some conclusion on whether or not Adilink and I should work on typing up a Nintendo game master list. (Probably not.)

I'm currently re-modeling another one of my sites: Chao World. If you're a fan of the Chao found in Sonic Adventure 2: Battle, then I think you may like this place.

I'll be heading to Colorado in two weeks, and staying for a week. Skiing has gotten a tad bit old (for me), so I'm going to try snowboarding this year. Wish me luck... >_<.

After running through the numbers and seeing how there are thousands of games Adilink and I are going to have to type in order to make the Nintendo games list complete, we have (or I, so far) come to two conclusions: 1) Continue reviewing the games we have listed right now, or 2) Make a list of games that were made by Nintendo only, as in Pikmin, Super Mario Sunshine, etc. The list is going to be a whole lot smaller, but it seems to fit more under the main topic of the website (The Nintendo Archives).

As for the updates, I've added an AIM Icon I've made out of sheer boredom two days before Christmas. It's nothing special, just mildly humorous. It's in the AIM Icons page.

Small Update

Zeldana

I've added two of Adilink's drawings in the artwork page, so go and enjoy. Still working on the Pikmin review. Expect it up either today, tomorrow, or sometime in the near future.

BTW, I've finally updated the Fox page under "characters" with a picture of Fox. I accidentally deleted it a while ago and never got to bringing it back up. But it's there now.

*Update* Finished the Pikmin review!

Big Update
12/13/02
Zeldana

Before I begin, I'd like to wish everyone a happy Friday the 13'th! Whoohoo! Anyway... as I promised, I've dragged myself all across the web, and have brought many-a-thing in tow. First off, new pages: I've put up a message board and polls page, so vote and post to your heart's content. Err... just post. You can only vote once a day, technically, so you're pretty limited to that. But you've still got the message board:). I've updated the Links and Midis page with links and midis. Go figure, lol. Because of the large amount of space midis and fanart take up, I'm afraid I won't be able to update those pages until we're done working on game reviews. And that's a lot of pages. So just bear with us as we get in gear for the future.

*Later Update* - Added the Quotes page.

That's just half of the update. I'm working on a review for Pikmin and and some more Questions and Answers for the Q + A page. Adil will be working on a character bio, more on Nintendo History for the Big N history page, a game review, and another article. So stick around!
