PRC Official Website has an official announcement to make:
PRC will be changing it's system to have more people to
recruit. You may now see that team PRC has decreased in it's
members but we now have only the best and we are looking for
the best. So if you want to join PRC click on the picture on
the left of your screen. Now speaking of the announcement.
Well, in two words, everybody will like it. It will be the
best because, in the PRC tournaments, it will be in-team
competition, and there will be "belts" to be won. If you want
to know more, join us and we will tryout you, and you will be
more informed on that. If you think your the best and don't
want to join, it's your choice, but remember, we are now the
best and looking for the best, so it will not be because of
you, if we're good, it will be because of each and every
single member that will join us. Now if you're not good, don't
join, you will just be wasting your time. Do not underestimate
our power in the game.
