Section 1 : Introduction

This list consists of rules, obligations, and regulations of you, the "User", as well as me, the "Site". Within this page but not limited to this page are various details about the site, correct and incorrect usage of this site, and things of that sort.

Section 2: Content Usage

All pages found within this site are owned by the Site. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or publication (in any form other than personal or educational) of any sections of this site (including, but not limited to, images, scripting, text, and audio files) is considered illegal and can be taken to a court of law by the Site if the need arises except where otherwise noted in the site or unless specifically told by the Site that you have the ability to do so.
Any information (personal or business) you post on this site or e-mail to the Site through any medium (including, but not limited to, e-mail and guestbook entries) is from that point onward considered property of the Site, with shared proprietary rights of the User and the Site. Any reproduction of this information by the User or the Site is perfectly in any and every way legal.

Section 3 : Rules of Content

Transmitting inappropriate material (including, but not limited to, pornographic images, links to pornographic images and/or sites, severe profanity and/or obscenity, offensively segregating beings by race, age, sex, sexual orientation, name, or for any other inappropriate reason, viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other contaminating or destructive programs or features) through any medium as mentioned in Section 2 is not allowed, and any harm coming from such action is completely the responsibility of the User transmitting such material. The Site is in no way responsible for any such actions.

Section 4: Copyright Issues

The Site does not condone nor endorse illegal copyright infringement, including but not limited to audio, images, or literature works. If the User is at any time found guilty of such accusations, the Site will not be found liable for any act of illegality caused by misconduct or misusage of the site.

Section 5 : MP3 and Audio Usage

The Site has uploaded and made available to you every track from various videogame soundtracks in order to hopefully increase profit for the creators by allowing their music to become available to a wider audience, much as radio does today. This, however, is not illegal to the best of my knowledge. However, through the Site's uploading, certain illegal actions can be caused. The following are such actions.

1. Reproduction Copying audio tracks found on this site to a CD is illegal and can be taken to a court of law if need be.
2. Distribution: Distributing the audio tracks found on this site onto any other medium (including, but not limited to, compact discs (CD), cassettes, other sites, and message boards) to any other User is illegal.
3. Modification: Taking any tracks found on this site and modifying them in anyway (including, but not limited to, arrangement, composition, length, and/or speed) is illegal and complete copyright infringement.

In the case of any of the actions mentioned above be found guilty of the User, the Site is not in any way responsible for such misusage of the audio tracks found.

Section 6

Failure to comply to any and/or all of the Terms of Service can result in legal action and or termination of any site usage or interaction.
