Ultima Weapon

During disc 3, you will see a WEAPON hovering over a lagoon in the Nibel area. Fight it, follow it, fight it, follow it. Repeat this process until it hovers near Cosmo Canyon. Defeat it there and you will receive Cloud's ultimate weapon, Ultima Weapon, from Ultimate WEAPON. Heheh.

Barret


Missing Score

You must get this when you return to Midgar to fight Hojo. Barret must be in your party. As you climb the stairs to the Sister Ray, you will see a treasure chest. Inside is the Missing Score.

Tifa


Premium Heart

Once you get the key to Sector 5, go to Wall Market and check the broken vending machine again. It will give you Tifa's ultimate weapon, the Premium Heart.

Aeris


Princess Guard

You must get this on your trip to the Temple of the Ancients/Cetra Shine. While in the Cetra Shine/Temple of the Ancients, go to the clock room and walk into the IV hallway. At the end is the Princess Guard, Aeris's ultimate weapon.

Red XIII aka Nanaki


Limited Moon

Red XIII must be in your party. After taking Bugenhagen to the Ancient City, go back to Cosmo Canyon and go into Bugenhagen's house. Bugenhagen will die, leaving Red XIII his ultimate weapon, the Limited Moon.

Cait Sith


HP Shout

You must do this on your second Shinra HQ raid. Search the locker on the left side of the third row in the health spa on floor 64 and inside is the HP Shout, Cait Sith's ultimate weapon.

Cid


Venus Gospel

After the rocket in Rocket Town has been launched, talk to the old man outside of the item shop a lot. After talking with him for quite a while, he'll give you the Venus Gospel, Cid's ultimate weapon.

Yuffie


Conformer

When you have the sub, go directly west of the Underwater Reactor into a small alcove where you'll see a crashed gray airplane. Go inside. Go left to the area with the Shinra sign on the north wall. Walk into the upper left corner. There is a hidden treasure chest. Inside is Yuffie's ultimate weapon, the Confomer. Save before you leave! It's possible that Emerald WEAPON is knocking on the door. He WILL kill you.

Vincent


Death Penalty

You must have a gold chocobo and/or the sub. Vincent must be in your party. You also have to do this in Disc 2. If you use a gold chocobo, walk around the Nibel area until you find a lagoon with a waterfall. Get off there. If you use the sub, go to the spot where you find the Key to the Ancients. There should be another narrow passage. Go through it and surface. Now park at the rocky part. Enter the waterfall. Inside is a woman named Lucrecia who will tell you about Vincent's past. Return in disc 3 and she will give you Vincent's ultimate weapon, the Death Penalty.
