Go to Aeris's House in the Sector 5 Slums. In her garden, on the first section, you will see either a materia or a bag on the left side of that section.

Chocobo Lure

You must purchase it from Choco Billy at the Chocobo Ranch for 2000 Gil.

Long Range

While you are in the Mythril Caves/Mine, you will go into a section that has a box on a ledge in the top part of your screen. Once you are there, you will see some vines on the left side. Climb them and at the top is the materia.

Counter Attack

After the fight wth Materia Keeper in the Nibelheim Mountains, he will leave the materia on the ground.

Enemy Lure

You must trade 250 BP for it in the Battle Square in Gold Saucer.

Speed Plus

You must trade 4000 BP for it at the Battle Square in the Gold Saucer.

MP Plus

Buy it in the materia shop at Cosmo Canyon for 8000 Gil.

HP Plus

Buy it in the materia shop at Cosmo Canyon for 8000 Gil.

Luck Plus

Eh, I hate trying to describe how to get items in the Temple of the Ancients/Cetra Shrine... The best I can say is that you will see a large ladder in the middle of your screen in the section where it looks like a large maze in the Temple of the Ancients/Cetra Shrine. Directly to the left of that spot is the materia. Actually getting there is your problem. Heheh.

Magic Plus

After you leave the City of the Ancients, you will appear in an area with what looks like a large shell in the middle of it. Climb up it. In the next area, go to the bottom left of your screen and climb down the ladder. At the bottom of it is the materia.

Gil Plus

Trade 10,000 GP for it at the Wonder Square in the Gold Saucer.

Experience Plus

Give 2000 GP for it at the Wonder Square in the Gold Saucer.

Pre-Emptive

You have to trade 1000 BP for it at the Battle Square in the Gold Saucer.

Enemy Away

This one has no definite way to get. You have to win it at the Chocobo Races in the Gold Saucer.

HP<-->MP

YOU MUST HAVE A BLACK OR GOLD CHOCOBO TO REACH THIS AREA. North of Mt. Corel/North Corel, past the mountain range, you will see a blue/green cave in a desert region right after a river and right before a mountain range. Inside is this materia.

Mega All

On your final visit to the Crater, take the left path. From there, take the path on the bottom of your screen. When you come to an area with a bunch of rocky ledges and lifestream flowing in the background, you will see a materia on a small platform in the middle of your screen. You'll notice you can't get it by just trying to move over there. Instead, press the circle button just as Cloud lands on the step next to it. It may take a few tries, but you'll eventually get it.

Underwater

In the Underwater Reactor, find a creature that looks like a ghost ship, hence its name Ghost Ship. Morph it and get a Guide Book. Now, take the book to the Kalm Traveler, a man located on the top floor of the rightmost building in Kalm. He will trade you the Guide Book for the Underwater materia. You can't do anything with the materia unless you decide to fight Emerald WEAPON. If you do, the materia will eliminate the timer.
