"Get ready men, these Noddies are ruthless, you shoot or you get shot!" Just then the ground started to rumble. 3 APCs emerged from the ground, but the wolverines mowed the Nod troops down. 15 corpses lay on the ground amongst some shrapnel from the APCs. One of the Noddies managed to fire a rocket, blowing a Wolverine's arm off. "Sir I lost one of my weapons!" said PFC. Roberts.
"Roger that, when we return to base it will be fixed," said Frankfort.
Private Santiago noticed some dust clouds in the distance. "Sir I see dust, it must be Recon Bikes. Approxiametly 5 moving towards our position." "Roger, Santiago. Hold them off. Colonel Samuels has notified me that air support is coming our way." Titans fired their 120mm smoothbore cannons and soon the Recon Bikes exploded in flames. Tick tanks were soon firing at the village. Santiago's Wolverine was destroyed, but he managed to get out alive. Taking cover in a hut, he waited for some infantry to approach the village.
"Sir, Santiago's Wolverine has been destroyed, but I saw him run into one of the houses. There are too many of these damn tanks! We need help here! We only have 3 Titans left!" reported Higgs.
"Higgs, we are trying to help, but we have been ambushed by infantry. Until they are neutralized, we can not help." replied Frankfort.
Santiago saw Frankfort's problem, the infantry. He took out his scope and silencer, placed them on his M16 Mk2 rifle, and sniped the men. He aimed and fired, hitting a Noddie each time. After he dispatched the men, he radioed Frankfort notifying him that the infantry were neutralized. Santiago ran from the building and saw artillery in the distance firing at his fellow men.
"Sir, I see artillery! We need that air support, sir!" screamed Santiago.
"Santiago, the air support will be here within 5 minutes. Stop panicking!" ordered Frankfort. The men finally eliminated the Tick Tanks, but at a heavy cost. Only 1 Titan and 1 Wolverine remained. Of the Wolverines, 4 of the men escaped, but were wounded very badly. The men desperatly needed the air support. Suddenly another rumbling was heard. "Sir! It's Devil's Tongues!" cried Santiago. One released a jet of flame on the soldier. Santiago screamed a blood-curdling cry. He ran around as his body began to char. Frankfort was enraged and fired a shell at the flame tank, while Roberts, out of sympathy, shot his burning friend to end his pain. Another 2 flame tanks emerged and Frankfort shot them immediately.
The aircraft finally arrived, 2 Fighters, 2 Bombers, and 2 Transports. The Bombers pounded the artillery while Fighters hunted down tanks
"Sir, did we neutralize all enemy troops?" questioned Roberts.
"I believe so, Roberts," replied Frankfort. Suddenly another APC emerged. Cyborgs emerged from the vehicle and Roberts shot them immediatly. A Cyborg Commando was also there, and as Roberts aimed to shoot, the Commando fired a round of plasma, destroying the Wolverine and Roberts.
"Oh you son of a bitch!" screamed an enraged Frankfort, "You will die!" With that, Frankfort fired a shell that blew the Commando's legs off. Another shell to the head stopped the Cyborg Commando's computer functions.
"Colonel, all enemy troops have been eliminated. I am the sole survivor of my platoon."
"Roger, Frankfort. I dispatched a Drop Ship to pick you up. One more thing. I received a letter today. You have been promoted. Congratulations, Lieutenant Frankfort."
