Wedge Antilles,
formerly the Lyran Commonwealth's Director of the LIC as well as the Loki program, was born on the 14th of September, 2994. A citizen of Kohlingen City, Terra, Wedge Antilles soon left, with the rest of his family, with the
Blue Star Irregulars. His father served as Captain-Tech for the Irregulars, having garnered a reputation that still stands today as the finest technician in the Inner Sphere.
Early on, Wedge showed a remarkable affinity for aerospace fighters, and learned to pilot using an old MechBuster fighter at a remarkably young age. When he was able to apply, he began attendance at the Federated Suns' New Avalon Military Academy. After one year, he was transferred to Armstrong Flight Academy, where he graduated top of his class.
Afterwards, the young Leftenant left to join the Davion Heavy Guards Aerospace Brigade, where he would rise to command as a Light Commodore and have his first meeting with the new prince, Brian Davion.
In 3018, the Heavy Guards and their Aerospace Brigade, now known as Rogue Squadron, shipped out to New Syrtis, where the dashing young Light Commodore caught the attention of Countess Iella Hasek. After the marriage, Wedge Antilles was given a wedding gift from
a relative, and the
Hasek-Antilles became the Ducal family of a quite little world called Corella.
Wedge continued his rise to fame, eventually coming to a stop as a Fleet Admiral in command of the 3rd Davion Guards in 3022. Or so he thought. Wedge Antilles was again promoted to a Field Marshal and the Minister of Intelligence for actions still classified.
Now, everything was going fine. Thanks to Wedge's industrialization efforts in Coronet City, Corella, his new planet was becoming a miniature version of New Avalon (very miniature), he had two children,
Trelheym and Alexander, and his intelligence service was better than ever.
Then they transferred him to the Lyran Commonwealth. He was to be the Director of the LIC. So he took his personal JumpShip, the FSS Outlaw Star, and shipped out for Tharkad, which held a small surprise for him.
Wedge HATES the cold on Tharkad.
But he managed to form a close kinship with General Jonathon
Retlok, who would later become General of the Armies, and worked miracles in streamlining the LCAF upper echelons of command.
Even through the tempestuous past few months, Wedge Antilles still stands prepared to defend both halves of the
Federated Commonwealth against predation with the skills that placed him at his current station in life.
Due to his Faithful service to the Commonwealth and his never ending abilities, Wedge was promoted to the position of General of the Armies. He will undoubtedly perform this job as well as he did his last posting.
