Hi. The zClan has high exspectations for it's members. 1st, you must have a bronze time of 14min. or less to become a zt or(zClan in training). From there you work your bonze time down to 12 min. with our trainers. There are 3 of them. If you are able to bronze in 12 min. or less you become an official member of the zClan.

Now if you are able to do all that don't think you sre completely in because before you officially join a run a background check on you if you come out clean then your in!
