"Peace through war." That is the motto my world has addopted. My world... I hardly would call it that anymore; it is nothing as it once was. EAch nation coexisted... to a point at least. Wars had been fought, yes, but there had been a balance of power. Each nation didn't truly have the power to disrupt any other. None of the factions trully had the power to take full controll of a nation. That changed! Oh how that changed. Something, some as yet unknown force moved, and the world shifted. Suddenly the landmasses of Heisen were moving together. While no one knew the cuase, everyone saw the possabilities. With a single continent forming, one nation would be able to reign supreme over all others... or destroy them. Sanguine began sending out the NightWatch. Iviore fully mobolized its Shining Armada. The WaterBorene pirates began attacking en mas. The world became chaos. All seeking peace... by way of war; complete and total control of the world, to bring their own agendas to bear over all others. Some trully seek to better society, such as Churitzu. Some merely seek to gain coin from the worlds current chaos, of which the mercenaries of Jaherak are foremost. No matter the cause, the sudden movement of Heisen's continets has thrown my once beautiful world into chaos. Now the rivers run red with the blood of those who have fallen, and the air sings of the war cries of those yet to fall. Welcome. Welcome to my world. WElcome to the crimson plains, the corpse littered mountains, the dark isles... Welcome to Heisen.

The shadows that bind our world pull it closer. Now, as always has been, our beliefs confirm themselves. Blood is the only answer. I have heard many of the others, before their deaths, cry out a familiar phrase... "Peace Through War." It rings true. The others come and go, most falling to our hands, some breaching our defenses but not for long. We make sure their Blood feeds the NightWatch. There is much to learn, there are many new threats as the Shadows cloak our lands further... and extend their reach to the Nations that now surround us so closely.




Elemental Mastery: This ability represents the mastery over the elements. With each rank, the character is able to manipulate the elements with more and more skill. Your aptitude in each element is limited somewhat though. You may only have a total of 5 ranks in opposing elements. Thus, if you have 3 Ranks in Fire, you may only buy up to 2 Ranks in Ice. Light/Darkness Mastery: With this power the character has the ability to manipulate the forces of light and darkness. As with Elemental Mastery, your total levels in this power cannot exceed 5. So, if you have a 3 in Light, you can only have up to Rank 2 in Darkness.

Light Mastery
Rank 1: Flash: The ability to quickly give off a bright flash of light which blinds foes in the vicinity of the blast.
Rank 2: Beam: The ability to create a more focused beam of light, effectively dealing damage not unlike a laser.
Rank 3: Continual Light: The character is now immune to natural Darkness and can emit a natural light which illuminates darkened areas.
Rank 4: Speed: The ability to expend quick bursts of speed for movement and the like.
Rank 5: Oneness with Light: Same as Elemental Mastery Level 5, as the character turns into pure light.

Darkness Manipulation
Rank 1: Shadow: The character can step into shadows and turn invisible so long as they remain motionless.
Rank 2: Darken: The ability to create thick patches of darkness through which most senses are dulled or nullified.
Rank 3: Tendrils: The ability to create shadow tendrils that can grab objects and initiate melee combat.
Rank 4: Shadow Step: The ability to step into a shadow and teleport to another shadow within line of sight.
Rank 5: Oneness with Darkness: Same as Elemental Mastery Level 5, as the character turns into pure darkness.



Extra Sensory Techniques: With each rank in this Technique, the character gains one new Extra Sensort Technique of their choice.
Empathy: The ability to sense and interpret a person's emotions.
Sense Magic: The ability to sense and possibly pinpoint sources of magic.
Sense Machina: The ability to sense and possibly pinpoint sources of technology.
Sense Life: The ability to sense and possibly pinpoint sources of life.
Sense Death: The ability to sense and possibly pinpoint sources of the undead.
Sense Corruption: The ability to sense and possibly pinpoint sources of evil.
Sense Purity: The ability to sense and possibly pinpoint sources of purity.
Sense Spirits: The ability to sense and possibly pinpoint sources of spirits.



Mental Expansion: With this technique, the character furthers their ability to spread their consciousness and awareness outward into the world and the minds of others.
Rank 1: Combat Sense: This technique gives brief glimpses of the intentions of those around the character, effectively giving initiative and combat bonuses.
Rank 2: Surface Scan: The character can now scan the surface thoughts of those around them, effectively listening in on what the character is thinking at the moment.
Rank 3: Communication: The character can now mentally communicate directly with as many people equal to their Soul score.
Rank 4: Clairvoyance: The character can now seperate their mind so that they can view (but not hear) areas seperate from their current position.
Rank 5: Astral Projection: The character can now seperate their soul from their body.
